How Resellers Deliver the Service

Resellers can deliver SignalTo four ways: handling everything themselves, focusing on technical or content work only, or handing clients a self-serve console. One platform, four fits.

One of the choices most resellers get wrong early on is treating delivery as a single shape. Some clients want everything managed. Some have technical teams and only need content. Some want the dashboard and prefer to run it themselves. The Reseller Program is built for all four.

Model 1: Full Implementation

The reseller handles everything. They run the platform, build the AI Dedicated Pages, manage the ongoing optimisation cycle, and deliver results. The client receives reports and outcomes; they do not log in.

This model suits clients who want the outcome without the involvement, and agencies who prefer to manage the work entirely. The client never needs a console login. The reseller drops into the client's console from their own dashboard to do the work directly.

Model 2: Technical Only

The reseller handles the infrastructure, plugin setup, and technical configuration. The client handles the content, whether that is briefing a writer or managing it in-house.

This suits resellers who are strong on the technical side, web developers who know their way around a CMS but are not running a content operation. The monitoring and detection run continuously; the reseller acts on the technical findings and passes content actions to the client.

Model 3: Content Only

The reseller handles the content work. AI Dedicated Pages, gap-filling, structured information. The client's own team manages the technical setup.

This suits content studios and SEO agencies who are set up to write and optimise, working with clients who have technical capacity but not a content operation. The reseller logs into the client's console to manage the content layer; technical findings route to the client's team.

Model 4: Self-Service

The reseller onboards the client and grants them a full console login. The client runs the platform themselves from that point. The reseller earns the margin without carrying ongoing delivery.

This works for clients who are technically confident or who have a marketing team ready to engage with the platform directly. The reseller stays on the record and can drop in to check the account at any time, but the day-to-day work belongs to the client.

Mix and match across a book

A reseller can run different models for different clients from the same Reseller Console. A small business client might be fully managed; a larger agency client might be self-service with occasional check-ins. The platform supports partial access at every level, from read-only view to full admin, so the arrangement can be as hands-on or hands-off as the relationship requires.

Common questions

Can I decide how much work I take on as a reseller?

Yes. SignalTo supports four delivery models: full implementation, technical-only, content-only, and self-service. A reseller can run different models for different clients from the same console.

Do clients always need a login to the console?

No. In a fully managed arrangement, the reseller runs everything and the client never needs a login. Reports can be delivered by email or PDF. Clients can also be given read-only, collaborative, or full self-serve access depending on the arrangement.

What is the self-service delivery model?

In the self-service model, the reseller onboards the client and gives them a full login. The client manages their own console from there. The reseller earns the margin without running ongoing delivery work.
