What the report covers
The Monthly Report arrives on the 1st of each month and covers the prior month in two parts.
The first part is the state of your AI visibility: your AI Alignment Score, a snapshot of how ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI represented you across monitored queries, and what changed compared to the month before.
The second part is the work log: which actions were completed, and what the validation showed. SignalTo monitors every completed action for three cycles to check whether it moved the needle. The report tells you whether it did.
The "is it working?" answer
The Monthly Report is the clearest answer to the question every business eventually asks: is any of this making a difference?
Because the report covers both what changed and what was done, you can see the connection. If your AI Alignment Score improved, the report shows which completed actions contributed. If something declined, that shows up too, and the next month's Actions list will reflect it.
Where you find it
The Monthly Report is not a separate document you wait for in your inbox, though it is available as a PDF download and by email. In the console, it is the frozen snapshot that appears when you switch to a past month using the month pills on the Overview screen. Every past month is stored and accessible.
The live console shows the current month as it develops. The monthly pill shows what that month looked like when it closed.
Part of the ongoing cycle
